I understand the need for social distancing during this pandemic but if you're only going to allow 2 people in the shop, then may I suggest that you employ staff who can serve quickly and efficiently. I was kept waiting in the queue outside (in the rain) for 12 minutes while one member of staff served 2 customers before me. I've worked in customer service before and if I'd taken 12 minutes to serve just 2 people, I'd have been on notice. It's pretty poor service, especially if we're being made to wait outside in the rain. I don't think I'll be spending anymore of my money in your establishments again.
