The optometrist who carried out my examination was great - really enjoyed chatting to him, and it made for a very relaxed and comfortable eye exam. He was really thorough and explained everything clearly. Amy looked after me through the process of choosing and measuring me up for my new glasses - it was a pleasure going through that process with her help. Choosing glasses can often be a very tricky process, as it's a big investment and you're likely to be living with your choice for some time... but Amy's suggestions and advice were brilliant, plus she was patient, helpful and an absolute delight to speak to. I'm very happy to be getting frames that look and feel to be of excellent quality, and lenses from a top manufacturer like Zeiss

My glasses arm had bent and the pin came out rendering them useless. I returned to Bayfields, Egham and when my partner collected them on my behalf they had been repaired, straightened, cleaned and supplied with a new box and all of this was free! Thank you Bayfields for a fantastic service!
Fantastic service and really thorough in all the ophthalmic tests, quality of frames and glasses far superior to the better known brand in the same High Street. Throughly recommend them 10/10
