I have always been very impressed by the quality of the service provided by Bay Estate Agents. I stayed in one of the flats they manage on several occasions within the last few years. The flat always looked very clean upon arrival, the agents were always very friendly, professional and helpful, and they always went above and beyond to make sure I had a nice stay. They are also very reliable, and excellent communicators.

I have been using Bay Estate Agents Ltd for many years, when I need to rent a flat in Swansea on a short term basis. Bay Lettings have always been courteous, professional and helpful, and have always found me a very comfortable flat at reasonable rates. They take great care and pride in their service and I would heartily recommend them to anyone.
We recently purchased 2 properties simultaneously with Bay and couldn't have been happier with the level of service we were provided from our agent. He was extremely helpful with his knowledge of the properties within our preferred area and particularly helpful whilst negotiations were ongoing between us and the respective Vendors.
I was recommended Bay Estate Agents by a friend and they definitely lived up to their reputation! Claudio was so helpful, accommodating and went further than the extra mile, even checking in on his days off! And when he wasn't in, his team, particularly Laura, provided the same amazing standard of service, something I have never experienced before when dealing with staff not specifically assigned to me. These guys treat you like individuals and really care about helping you and it shows in the way they do business. Normally I wouldn't even think about the service when looking for a place to live but it made a world of difference for me, especially when moving to a new city! 1000% recommend!
The rent process was totaly digital and easy to understand. The collect and return the keys on weekends was very practical. This issues are important to somebody who is a foreign visitor.
