Pancakes.....the size of your head... Served with amazing jams and butter. A trip down memory lane with the museum and historical exhibits. But it's all about the pancakes. They are out of this world. A great brand with amazing products.
My family and myself went in past on way home from our holiday. We had lunch and newly baked pancakes they are lovely. We also had a look through the place where it tells you about the making of the soups and bought some tins of soup, shredded beetroot and a few jars of jam.
An absolute gem of a local attraction! Spent a very enjoyable afternoon here. Really interesting little museum on how the Baxter family started out in business, with charming vintage shop interiors. Fantastic food shop offering a wide range of products, with staff bending over backwards to help. Very good gift shop with an interesting range of products as well as a lifestyle shop. Extremely friendly staff as well in the restaurant. If we lived locally, we'd definitely become regulars!
Brilliant breakfast again at Baxter's Cafe. Always a nice treat! Food once again was tasty and filling! Great price, with quick service. Also stopped by the shop to get some treats for the family (Whisky and sweeties!!!).
