Just had the most excellent customer service from a whole range of lovely people who work here. I rang up to see if a particular cheese was in stock but the gentleman on the phone couldn't get through to the appropriate person at that time so took my number. A short while later I was rung up by a very helpful lady who let me know that whilst they didn't have what I was looking for that day, they may be getting some in the next day, and that she would call to let me know. True to her word, I was rung today and the cheese was put aside for me. When we went to collect, everyone we met was superb and didn't rush us at all even though it was nearly closing time. Thank you!

Our first visit here. We saw as we were passing and thought we would give it a try. Plenty of car parking and on entering plenty of hand sanitiser. The centre was very well stocked with lots of lovely products some a bit pricey. The entrance to the restaurant was controlled and we were shown to our table. Service was a bit slow staff were busy answering the phone whilst trying to take our order. Food & drinks duly arrived food nicely presented again a bit pricey. Would recommend but be prepared to wait.

There is a bit of something for everyone here. I was very pleased to find an art shop that has a large range of materials that one would normally have to source in London or online. Prices for high end art materials were very competitive.

Great place with good ideas to create a nice garden. Drawback due to being a hot day the idea of an ice cream took ones fancy. Had I known that my ice cream would have melted buy the time l had been given clearance to approach the checkout (Covid control) my ice cream had melted. Could I suggest you move the ice cream freezer closer to the check out so that ice creams can be purchased at the last moment.
