Please avoid... Bawarchi is not the same it used to be. Low standards, low quality, stealing money, worst ambiences, no safety measures during Covid, mostly it's missing it's Aroma of Biryani. Avoid ordering online too...you only get broken rice of basmati, mirchi ka salan sucks, they charge extra for salad, only cash payment option. Worst management.

The mutton biryani here is a must try fantastic masalas and the meat is so soft and juicy. The ambience is good actually it has this glassy walls and the service was friendly except it's crowded during peak hours. A must must try in Hyderabad.

Food is good, but customer service is worst. Don't go there, better everyone take parcel. In ground floor or 2nd floor, waiters are worst. If you visit once, you never go there again. Waiters are very rude , money making and cheating people. Worst experience ever. I don't know management giving salary to their waiters or not. They're taking tips wantedly.

The main thing is Bawarchi name so many fake names Bavarchi like that. One of the famous Hyderabadi biryani. No other branches. Very crowded place. A/C sitting on 1st floor and open sitting on top floor #Reasonable price #Nice service #Tasty #MustEatBeforeDie
