Good professional service provided..i came without prior online appointment due to some techical errors. After stating the reason for my visit and the problems that i faced trying to secure appointment via the online system, the officer on duty, a Mr Syed, allowed me in and i was attended by a Mr Edi, whom was equally polite and helpful..being a government servant myself, i must say they deliver their service well..kudos to the officers of Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara, Batu Gajah
