Extremely hard to get decent customer service experience with them. As hard as asking 6 times how much is 18k gold brought at. As the gold bullion starts today.. All to say 350 for the item. But not telling me at what price was the rate at? 6 times asked and no answer. Making the calculation of less than 19.55 per gram at 18k. Rip off tbh.
Always take my jewellery here... trust them lots. Good service and reasonable prices
