Located in a convenient place, easy access to the Kallady Bridge. The owner and his family is very friendly. They speak English really well so it's really easy to get anything done. They have their own car park too. Prices are cheap, the rooms are comfortable. Totally recommended!

Worst place i stayed ever all i saw in the room with a partion with a so called bathroom was disgusting with cockroaches.all over the place. I booked 1 room he forced me to take the other room as well that bald man there ... When I showed him cockroaches he sprayed some pesticides and i almost killed Me.. That's hell ... It was the worst place

Clean house. The owners are kind and hospitable. If you rent a bicycle or a scooter, this is a perfect place to stay and travel around batticaloa.
It's a nice ,quiet & safety place with nice people. which close to beach & main road.Host & his family also very kind & supportive.When we are leaving, we didn't have more time to train & only 30 minitues remain.Host quickly arranged a threewheel to us & we luckly to catch the train,back to home safely.Best place to stay for a reasonable price.
Owner is nice. Place is dead. Save your money and your time. Go to Arugam Bay directly.
