Purchased more than 16 LAGM Batteries for off-grid solar installations, BatteryStore have never let me down on supply or quality and the Leoch batteries are second to none in my opinion. 5 Stars for this supplier and the battery brand.

HOW CAN I PROPERLY MAINTAIN AND CHARGE A BATTERY THAT DOES NOT TAKE CHARGE. VERY POOR COMPANY. used battery store to choose a new leisure battery, the staff weren't very knowledgeable but we got there in the end. The battery wouldn't take charge so eventually run down due to no fault of mine but after returning it to the shop I was told it's not covered in warranty even though it should have a 2 year warranty and I only had the battery for a 2 months. I now have a useless battery that they won't swap or refund my money. Would definitely recommend.
The battery on my Shogun let me down so purchased a replacement from the Battery Store. The battery was discharged when fitted so needed charging (unusual for a new battery) it then let me down twice so put the old battery back and returned the new battery. No refund or replacement, it had to be sent for 'testing'. I was promised a battery yesterday, no phone call, called today and the battery still hadn't been returned. Despite the company knowing I had a long journey to undertake they were not prepared to help me and so I've had to buy another battery from Halfords (a reliable company that gives replacements and refunds). An outfit to be avoided if you are looking for a caring service.

Highly recommended Joe is always very friendly and helpful whenever I have needed advice or supply on batteries. I have sent several of my tuning customers to him, where I have identified weak/not holding charge during a pre remap diagnostic test and have had positive feedback from everyone I have sent there Highly recommended 10/10
