Good budget hotel to stay in. Basic amenities but beautiful building with heaps of character. Just be aware that you will need to carry your luggage up a relatively narrow set of stairs so don't pack to heavy if you are staying here.

Comfortable, clean and quiet rooms. Best pub accommodation I stayed at in 11 days touring the island. Great pub with good food. Probably the best pub in Hobart (the New Sydney is a better drinkers pub, is more lively and has live music, but the food isn't as good and they don't have rooms). Very conducive front bar and interesting, historic building. Staff very accommodating and knowledgeable. Parking can be at a premium depending on when you arrive.

Perfectly reasonable historical accommodation in a good location. Guest parking at separate entrance available for guests. Some rooms have harbor views. Recommended.

Great place to stay and great bar food. Awesome selection of beers and other drinks. The patrons there make it all the better. Highly recommend this place for a visit when in Hobart
