say ... Thank you very much is very simple but I don’t have words to describe my gratitude over to the three beautiful ladies working at your Battaramulla Branch. From that also I must mentioned the lady who works like a ROBO by the name of SANDANI who always with a beautiful smile and politely handled all the customers in same manner. She was very quick and doing everything in the branch apologizing so many times for disturbances because all the other stuff members repeatedly asking help from her. She was given me a fantastic attention and very quick service during my visit to get it done a new spectacle as my branded one damaged because it doesn’t have a frame. She followed up me ... two times If I’m correct, and given my new spectacle very soon. So I wish her good luck for her future endeavors and the same time as a branch and it’s a member you must be proud to have her at your very busy branch. I really like this branch for vision care needs. Since they have their work shop behind the showroom now you can get youf lenses changed within a day... Their staff are professional and friendly. The prices on frames and lenses are reasonably law for branded original frames compared to more popular opticians in Colombo.
