Without a doubt I can say, this is one of the best Yoga Classes in Colombo if you want learn the real Yoga and the true science behind it. Both the teachers (Amila Sir and Tharindi Miss) are really friendly and pays a good attention to every single student. Also, I love the ambiance inside the class room which always helps me to keep a calm mind. Last but not least, at the end of every class you will get to sip on the best herbal drink you've had in your life with piece of lovely 'Hakuru' (Jaggery). Highly recommend the place to anyone!
