Looks awesome and fun. the staff is really nice Edit : I have been working at epic lanka for 6 months. Pros - * Exposure to fintech and banking domains * Permanent employees are eligible for a good bonus * Salaries are average Cons - * No effective training to the newbies * Lacks the IT company culture and the work environment * No visibility to the top management * Almost all the projects are local so no exposure to dealing with international clients * Not flexible hours. Strictly 8.30 - 5.30 P.S : photos attached herwith are only from one floor of the company building. Other floors are not up to the standard.
