Clerk is so rude and not ready for service work at store. Its ok they didn’t try to find another size when i asked. But anyway i bought several clothes and asked Tax Refund. And they said it should be over 300TL. And they didnt do it. I had have to hurry so i believe them. But after that i realized they lied. He just wanted to go home quickly and did not listen to the legitimate demands of the customers who arrived about 9:30pm. Most of Turkish people was good but bcuz of THIS KINDA FREAKING SCAM SWINDLE PERSON MADE The image of SUCK TURKEY. Just go home if you dont want to earn money. (IN ADDITION, this store made several problem of SCAM. Before my friend bought 6 pcs of clothes and they just scanned barcode and didnt put it. After leaving the store my friend and me found one cloth was missing and directly returned to this store but they pretended not to know and was blaming. Its a fault that i went here again even i know their freaking mess fuxx attitude. I do want them to realize that their really becoming in ruins and come out of the mall ‘Istinye Park AVM’. To PIC of this Google map reviews,. This is actually happened and this review should not be erased again so that other customers will not be hurt. It has already been erased several times at the request of the shop.
