The chaps at Bathwick are not simply courteous, but go way over and above expectations - during the recent lockdown whilst my car was being serviced and MOT’d - they happily volunteered to drop us back at home after dropping the car off and offered collection when the work was completed - not a normal part of the service offer, but speaks volumes about the approach taken by the team. I have used Bathwick (Hobley Drive) several times and they are always brilliant - this recent experience was no different; the work is always of a high quality, the price is fair and the team are absolutely brilliant. Their location is by no means the closest option for me, but their service level is so high, it makes the extra miles worth it as I know they go the extra mile to ensure everything is done to a high standard.

Excellent customer service received today. Took my Dad’s Nissan Micra for its MOT but we knew it had a faulty horn and though they spent a considerable amount of time undertaking a range of tests and even tried to replace the horn itself the fault turned out to be a possible electrical fault which they are unable to repair themselves. They were able to direct me to a specialist firm but for all their work they didn’t charge me anything. I will be back thanks again
