Terrible service, they refused to send my package because they wanted to help a woman send letters for an entire hour. Didn't apologize and told me \jean coutu is open\ in a rude tone even though it's freezing out and it is like over an hour walk.

I've seen multiple strikes going on here, and they were very public about it. Apparently the pay isn't that great :( They do get a lot of mail. Mail is usually on time though! :)
