Just ordered our bathroom from Chris in the Richmond showroom. Chris was brilliant - very responsive, great designs and competitive pricing. The app is also excellent - really helps visualise what the bathroom will look like. Now looking forward to it arriving!

We used BathroomsByDesign to design and fit all 3 of our bathrooms. It was a very smooth process and the designs all worked really well and their recommended bathroom fitter was also fantastic. Although there were some delays in supply due to COVID-19 we were really pleased with their service and approach. I absolutely love all of my new bathrooms. Debbie
This was our second project using Chris at the Richmond showroom. He designed and managed the delivery of four bathrooms and one cloakroom. Styles varied from art deco, arts and crafts, through to colonial empire. Excellent design service with novel ideas. Chris has such a depth and breadth of knowledge on bathroom products. It's impressive to behold. The VR option enabled us to step into each bathroom and walk the layout before committing to buy. Chris managed the after sales stage to make sure our products were delivered in a timely manner in line with our build schedule. We've already recommended him to friends and family and wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
I have used Bathrooms by Design on several occasions to buy bathrooms and have always been pleased and would recommend them. In particular the service and way that they look after the customer is absolutely first class. They are knowledgeable and helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to help customers. The design service is very helpful too. I would like to recommend Stuart in particular who we used recently who was great - first class knowledge, great manner and extremely patient and helpful. You need to feel you are being advised and not sold to and that is exactly what Stuart does.
I'd recommend Bathrooms by Design and Russel Barker to anyone. I had a complex and challenging design with tight boundaries. Bathrooms by Design were able to include every element of my design and even add a bit more. Some further last minute tweaks by Russel also made a big difference. The end result is a beautiful bathroom that does everything I wanted it to. It is literally the nicest bathroom I have ever seen. Big thanks to Xavier for his contributions to the design and big thanks to Russel for getting the job done exactly how I wanted. Good communication, always on time, tidied up at the end of every day and friendly. 10 /10.
