Absolutely disgusting that the service set out to protect children from risk has failed by epic proportions the Beatson family are in utter turmoil and your failings and endangering those young boys have caused so much upset and fear..a domestic abuse victim seeking help has been failed and so has HIS children,is this because it’s a man that’s the victim and not some poor woman? you have let him down and put two kids in harms way! Haven’t we learned yet hasn’t mistakes in the past in high profile cases not shown how devastating the consequences can be... you have failed and all responsibility’s for your failures lie firmly at the inadequate social workers feet Shame on you !!
