Completely useless. Do not use this company! Took some slides to be put onto a disk. They told me to come back the following week. I went back as requested to find the store had shut. Phone number doesn't work. Live chat, staff are rude and unhelpful. This happened in January and they still have not resolved it. Will not respond to emails. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

So rude! The attendant was clearly someone unsuited to a public-facing role. When I opened the door to come in at 5.10pm , he was serving someone at the counter and shouted out to me “We’re Closed!” “It’s on the door!” (Which it was, in tiny print amongst a myriad of other notices). Time for a different job maybe? Try to avoid this place. I’ll be doing the sale online with one of their competitors now. Hopefully the dole queue beckons.

This is the best place to print your pictures. The staff is really helpful and nice. There are kiosk machines for you to upload your own pictures. You can do so much with your pictures also! You can also make your order and pay online, which is quite cool.

Jessops are the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I took slides of high personal value into a store to be converted to digital. Two weeks later with no update I went back and the store was closed. A year later and despite many attempts they still have not returned my slides. Their complaints process is non existent, their phone numbers do not work, emails are not responded to, live chat give stock unhelpful responses. You couldn't pay me to use this company again. If anyone from jessops bothers to actually listen to their customers feedback, maybe you could get in contact with me to try and resolve my issue? Just a thought...
