Beautiful, family run, independent shop
Ordered item via website. Had no confirmation email from the shop to say my ordered had been received and when to except shipping. I paid 3 for shipping which should be First Class but again this was no stated. After waiting for 10 days after purchase, with no more information, I called the shop. The lady who answered the phone was rude and couldn't give me a clear answer on where my order was or any more information. She took my number and informed me that the manager would call me at 15:30 the following day. After waiting for over an hour I called again myself. I was told by the man that he \had been waiting for the queue in the post office to die down before he posted it.\ This is now 11 days after I placed the order. I called back the next day to ask for my item to be sent today and I was told it was posted on 2 days ago. Very confusing. I finally received my item 14 days after I placed my order. I like my item and it was packaged well but I will not be a returning customer and would not recommend this shop, due to poor customer service and communication.
The rudest staff I've come across in Bath. Was told by the staff member not to make any noise! Walked out and went to the roman baths gift shop who happen to have the same item cheaper and a much better shopping experience.
Rude staff and half the stuff is branded London and generic. Christmas and Royal wedding tat also included among the things you were not looking for.
