Great range of products, not particularly cheap but it all looked good quality. The cafe is nice with a great view over the Valleys near Bath. The staff were helpful and friendly and the coffee was good. There was an excellent selection of cake and savory treats. E case was clean and not too busy. A really nice garden centre for Bath

Visited just after opening on a Sunday . Social distancing signs clearly marked and plants set out well allowing customers to move freely and safely. Christmas shop was well stocked with some lovely decorations and gifts. Only bottleneck was as I was leaving and other customers arriving not a moan just an observation . Overall a happy visit.

Worst dining experience I have ever had. It was a grim weather day cold and lashing down. Decided to spoil myself with a cooked breakfast. No warm welcome here. Frosty reception from staff that served you almost as if you were an inconvenience. Breakfast took an age to arrive, meanwhile staff kept coming in and out the door leaving it open and customers getting cold. When food eventually arrived it was just about warm and very little of it,you could actually count the baked beans on the fingers of two hands, and I’m sadly not joking. It was not a inexpensive meal either. It’s a perfect location with fabulous views and great inside space and could so easily be wonderful. Some fabulous breakfast eateries in Bath try them as this one doesn’t seem to care about customers, food quality or dining experience sadly. If it had not been so bad I wouldn’t be bothering writing a review but don’t want others getting the experience I had.

Um... During social distancing your only allowed 8 people at any given time...producing very long queues.. And this is AFTER you've already queued once outside!.. This is not a sustainable business model.... Other than that.. Lovely Pleasent staff and quality products
