Feel the fear and do it anyway. I had a lump on my shoulder, growing more each month, each year but I just couldn't get myself to remove it. Finally, I had the lump removed, a lipoma, and I'm so grateful I had the operation at BMI. The staff - both on the ward and in the theater - where amazing. They risk their lives each day when they come in now in covid times and no time did they ever share any angst that they were there doing their jobs in these challenging times. The place is spotless, food is good! room is nice and their bedside manners are impressive! I called and asked a question after the surgery and got the info I needed at once. No faffing around or sending me here there and everywhere. Thank you! 5 starts plus!

Had small surgery here last friday (29th) fantastic experience, I’m a very nervous patient but felt at ease through the entire procedure, after a follow up appointment at the ruh yesterday I’m now as right as rain , a life changing week .Thank you all for your hard work .

I was here in February for a laparoscopic surgery and the staff were absolutely brilliant! So caring, warm and just overall amazing, everyone from my surgeon to the nurses and porters. They made me feel at ease while explaining everything around the procedure and recovery. Can't recommend them enough!

Absolutely terrible service. I was referred here by my doctor, and all the staff looked down on me. I tried asking a few simple questions as I was unsure and i received grief and ver rude answers. Would not recommend this place to anyone. I would love to name and shame the advisor but i’m sure she’ll know who it is.
