What a great spontaneous find. Its not a day out and it isn't claimed to be it is complete with chickedns, ponies, pigs, sheep, a quirky coffee shop and great community workers. You have a good view from the hill and some history is recorded in front of the kids park. The farm has lots of parking is free to enter but you can donate which you should it is a nice little place for a couple of hours stop over and you get in amongst the animals. No negatives at all in my opinion but if you struggle with the concept it might be a little slippery in the rain as the farm ground is not tarmac then note this.

Love this farm... free entry but give a donation if you can. We often attend the toddler group which runs on a Tuesday morning. There’s a little outdoor cafe, play area and lovely animals to look at. The views of Bath are also great from up here.

A wonderful, free public resource fantastic for children and families. A real shame it doesn't seem to have the funding required for proper maintenance and some of the animals enclosures look very shabby (exposed sharp wooden spikes, fraying fences). Not their fault I would imagine. We really enjoyed out family day there.
