Placed an order online for collection which I was emailed & told it was ready to collect a day early. Rang Apple to make sure I was OK to go & collect today instead of my appointment time the next day & was informed that this would be fine. Drove 30 miles to collect only to be told by some girl in the store that I couldn't collect & would have to return at my appointment time the next day. Not happy!

I called in here yesterday to check out the new iPhones and watch and even though the store was extremely busy it was spacious enough to move around. Staff were very busy but very helpful.
Absolutely fantastic. The team here are brilliant, especially right now as they diligently work to keep their customers and staff safe. Expect top level service asking how to be helped outside the shop, followed by a temperature check before being led to a perfectly socially distanced station to discuss your needs with a consultant. Brilliant product assistance, fast and honest help and generally a pleasant shopping experience all around. Even highlighted all the extra offers I could get without prompting which saved me a mighty quid or two!!
WATCH OUT. The staff may seem friendly, however they know how to tactically scam you. If your phone is under warranty, they should NOT be charging you for repairs for things covered under the warranty. They will charge you the price of your phone, to fix a crack in your screen. Get your phone repaired elsewhere, for less than half the price! They will also push you into buying a more expensive phone, no matter if it's better or worse than what you want. BE SMART, BUY AN ANDROID, STAY OUT THE SCAM-APPLE ECOSYSTEM.
Bought a new IPad Pro and needed a few things sorted out on it. Walked into Apple Store in Bath and a young girl came straight over to me. We both sat down and she listened then helped me with my queries. She also showed me Photo/IPad courses they offer and said I would benefit from them. All in all very happy with my experience in Apple, great Staff, friendly and helpful
