Fantastic food, service and excellence
Had a meal here, whilst on a 4 day break away with the family, It was the best meal we had there during our stay in Bournemouth, and we were sure to pass our compliments onto them before leaving. Absolutely beautiful food, generous portion sizes. There was no children's menu, on paper, but when we asked about childrens options we was offered an array of choices for kids, Great customer service, Beautiful deserts, I would deffinatly recommend a visit to Bates restaurant.

Traditional food, well prepared. We took advantage of the \eat out to help out\ scheme and had a very nice meal. The staff are always friendly too.
