Good for kids
Very pleasant day, lovely bacon roll and a coffee at the cafe. About six or seven fishermen with rod and line by the tower. Barely any room in the free car park. Place was mobbed out which is pretty good going for the end of November !

Such a lovely place, there is nothing to hate about it. The fresh air, the peace and calm
Obviously not the full menu as undergoing renovations however I was served by two lovely ladies and enjoyed a tasty breakfast roll with coffee. Would certainly like to go back when the building work is complete and the menu is more extensive.
Shallow pools of water perfect for kids to waddle. Glorious sunsets. Free parking after 6pm. Magnificent views. If the tide is in good for crabing.
Can't go wrong with Bateman's tower
