Has a nice and welcoming atmosphere. Staff is nice, helpful and friendly. Meals we had were simple yet a little bland but nice. The desserts we had were very sweet for my liking. But they are beautifully displayed. Recommend for those with a sweet tooth. The idea that everything is made on spot is a lovely touch (bread and desserts).

Such a lovely patisserie and cafe. The staff are incredibly friendly and the place is welcoming to kids (once they can reopen). The food is fresh and tasty and it's a great place to pick up local eggs, honey, and other bits.
Batchelor's Patisserie is wonderful. I've just finished a very satisfying lunch of well-stacked salt beef sandwiches, a slice of torte and a truffle. Everything lip-smackingly delicious. It's not only the freshly made sarnies though - just about everything I've ever tasted from this bakery has been special. The bread, the cakes and oh those doughnuts! The people are helpful and friendly, too. Parking just outside, eat in or take-away. Right next door to Lovelys Gallery,
Lovely place. Unexpected in its location but 18 for 3 small coffees, 2 small filled rolls and a slice of cheesecake to takeaway is too expensive. No prices displayed should have given us a clue.
Adorable. Friendly. Reasonably priced. Wonderful fresh donuts at the beach and gingerbreads for the kids- what else could you want?
