Terese, the leasing consultant from Batavia apartments is probably the rudest, most unorganized person I’ve ever talked to. I called yesterday trying to see my spot in getting an apartment there after filling my application out last year because spots were filled from a 1-2 year time frame. I called her yesterday because I wanted to see where my spot was and she had an attitude and told me I had to fill out another application while cracking a chuckle on the phone, pushing me back another year or two. I called earlier this year to change my address because I was not living where I was when I filled out the application and whoever I talked to didn’t tell me I needed to go in and change my address and couldn’t do it over the phone. Apparently they sent my follow up mail to the address I changed from so I asked my aunt and cousins who still live there if I received any mail this past August from Batavia apartments and they said no because they always send whatever mail I have going there and just put it in a big envelope and sends it to my correct address. Moral of the story... Terese is unprofessional and I would suggest talking to someone who can actually keep everything on file and up to date so that you can move in.

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Also if you don't mind your privacy being invaded then this is the place to move. If I could I would rate them a zero. Rosa is very unprofessional she very noisy. Living at these apartments is like living in a jail cell. You cant have guest over without them assuming that that guest lives there. If you have kids I wouldn't recommend you moving here either. Its not a very kid friendly apartment complex. So If you plan on moving here I would advise you stay clear and far away from this place. So no I wouldn't recommend. You guys can get zero stars if I could.
Very crappy apartments. Roaches everywhere and apartments aren't even updated. Still has a 70's feeling to them. Floors are all tile and bathrooms very cheap motel look to them. Don't waste your time or money.
They'll let anyone move in. And bring their bugs with them. Lived there for two years and never seen a bug. Then they were just everywhere.
Be prepared to be treated as if you are a criminal if you have a speeding ticket. These people were rude and not interested in helping. Trying to get clarification from them was impossible. We received a letter pending police confirmation of \violence or possible drug activity\. FOR A SPEEDING TICKET!! A PAID FOR SPEEDING TICKET. Yes, I do not recommend you wasting your time with these people. Even asking for an apology for their poorly worded letter that induced a panic attack that lasted all weekend was too much for them to do.
