Its clean, well arrange and orderd goods. In every selection/rack of items, there is employee ready to assist you; they will arrange items at once. Bagger is ready to pack the purchased products unlike other stores ,big stores that they are lack or inadequate of manpower. Airconditioned, ceiling fan is present. Cctv in every counter is present as well. Nov. 12,2018 sitting on their bench inside the market.

my family visited this grocery store and the customer service definitely needs improvement. it’s been proven that courtesy and a smile brings customers back. the staff here lacked service with a smile. my parents were disappointed in the service they received. staff were not friendly or courteous. the owners need to think twice about the staff they hire. sad to say my family will not be coming back. i don’t recommend this store to anyone, unless you don’t care much about customer service.

Located infront of the City of Batac's Public Market, JTC offers a convenient grocery shopping experience after purchasing fresh produce from the market. Products are not as diverse as other bigger groceries but it offers all household and personal necessities.
