Initial payment of 3500 made in October, niw heading into February parating installation on queue and parating prioritize sa dispatch, no calls, no updates, very unprofessional, not sure why these guys are allowed to operate like this

Already made our payment for installation. Kept calling them until we decided to drop an email to DTI, before we could get a response. They said that this is due to quarantine. Then suddenly we received a text and email that our application got CANCELLED due to our area is not serviceable. Come on, before we apply we just saw your men installing lines/box in front of our house and asked them directly if it is for converge slots. And you want us to claim our refund at LBC? Why not deposit it to our account so that we dont have to go outside because of you INCOMPETENCE?
