Mr. Devin Adams was very helpful and he made my experience with Covert Chevrolet a very good experience. The application process was completed in one day. It wasn't sitting in the dealership for hours and you getting the runaround. He was very personal and up front about how the process would go. Thank you Devin (sales person) and Lonnie (finance department) for making it an easy process. With this pandemic they made everything possible. A great team Devin and Lonnie. Once everything was processed and approved Devin delivered the vehicle and I signed documents in the comfort of my home. They gave excellent buying experience. They took care of everything. I will definitely be back here when I go to buy my next vehicle and will be asking for Devin and Lonnie. I will definitely refer family and friends. What a great experience. Great Experience with Covert in Bastrop. In the middle of a global pandemic, I was able to buy a car from them without ever leaving my house. Once I took delivery, there were a few minor issues that they resolved for me immediately, the manager Carrie was wonderful and responsive. I ended up getting a killer deal on a 2021 Tahoe, and will be returning for more business after my lease is up. THANKS, COVERT TEAM!
