This humble museum publishes good books about the Italian experience of Hemingway and his contemporaries, which is why I was disappointed with the physical museum itself. There are no physical exhibits, only text, and the text lacks much of the information present in the museum’s books. In addition, most of the text displays deal with the Italian experience in the war, rather than the experience of Hemingway and his contemporaries specifically. I’m glad the museum is around and continuing to publish, but I’d advise skipping the museum in favor of using its books to examine specific sites elsewhere.

Though small, you still can enjoy good documentation of WWI All original copies of hemingway's books are also quite complete here! The sad thing is they didnt show all the room, including the castle which are occupied by the owner by now..
