S10 not replaced had it stolen off me on a night out. Blamed me for been Intoxicated and leaving it unattended. (guess I'll just be a hermit and never go out) Rang customer service, a woman answered. I asked about details about my claim game as I had to do it through my parents email. She gave me no answers and blamed me for not emailing them through my email. (lost my phone..) The client I was dealing with was 'away' absolutely no help what so ever. Paid for insurance for a reassurance. Got the insurance through metro phone. Do not take insurance out with this company. Go with your bank or a better rated company at least.
