Really helpful, friendly staff. I've only been once - I bought a bale of hay for my rabbits and one of the staff carried it to my car for me and helped load it. I will definitely shop at Park Farm again in the future.

I am so sorry to say that I had a terrible experience with this company. I have bought my feed through them for several years and late last year a bag was delivered which was unfortunately mouldy. When I called to explain the situation and to say that I would prefer a replacement rather than a refund, I had a call back the same day from the owner of the company who was rude and aggressive and accused me of lying - I was gobsmacked! When I put my complaint in writing, including photographic evidence to disprove the accusations that were levelled at me, I then got a very threatening solicitors' letter from them. Honestly, having bought my feed through Park Farm for years, and spending literally thousands a month on livery for my horses, even if I was so minded, why on earth would I try to swindle my way out of one single 25 bag of feed?!!! I did end up pushing back as by this stage I was really cross with how I was being treated, regardless of the legality of it (which it isn't, by the way), and they have finally backed down. However, I will not be buying my feed or anything else from there in the future. All very well if things run smoothly, but god forbid if you have an issue... buyer beware!!!!
