I have very little knowledge on cars and Ed was patient and explained everything that I needed to know. Would highly recommend this branch, I love my new car and feel safe and reassured. Very happy.

Was here For the MOT but needed to have a look around. Very COVID secure with hand sanitiser stations, screens and coverings in use. As the MOT required a bit of work, I was given a car to use and kept up to date with the progress. Very happy with service and safety in showroom.

Excellent - service centre - honest and not overpriced at all ... sometimes you can be put off by main dealer expected prices but to be honest I shopped around a lot and - I got a better service - honest price - thorough diagnostic testing and very very honest evaluation of what needs doing now and in the future. David I believe is the manager who dealt with me and he was was really great. Recommend.

Firstly I apologise for writing this review so late, I realise my actions could have prevented a bad sale within the two year of writing this but better late than never… 1) I was interested in a ‘16 plate CLA and visited the dealership to see it for myself. In the car park, I noticed a 19 plate CLA which had damage to the front which automatically made me think it had been in an accident. I asked about it and turned out it was the CLA of the salesman that I was working with (I wouldn’t want to call him out because that’s a bit more personal, I’m sure he has to reach his targets and is merely a puppet of higher bodies within the company making him reach his targets in any way possible). He told me it was his and he had been in an accident and will be repaired end of the week. After that day I noticed the same car with the same numberplate on their website. I was already a bit concerned with the ‘16 plate CLA showing signs of previous damage on the rear bumper so I (cheekily) asked my father to enquire about the ‘19 plate CLA. They informed my father that the car was a showroom car with no damage and ‘like new’ as it only has ‘00s of miles on the clock. When he asked to see it and he could be there tomorrow, he was told it wont be here until next week as it’s in another showroom… 2) I was concerned with the damage on the rear bumper of the ‘16 plate CLA. They sent me a video of the car and were proving to be great caring salespeople but upon closer inspection I noticed a part of the rear bumper sticking out on both sides and also noticed this wasn’t present in other CLAs in the car park. Salesperson (who owned the ’19 plate CLA) said he wasn’t aware of any damage and all repairs were conducted by Mercedes own bodyshop team so even it was involved in a crash, all repairs would have been conducted properly. I of course didn’t buy the ’16 plate CLA from here and went to Northampton Mercedes instead where I felt I had a wholesome experience with unequivocal service.
