I was having great difficulty at photo booths in supermarket and I urgently needed the passport size photos of my 5 years old twins. So I decided to go to Jessops and they were fantastic. They took photos in a minute and printed them out in 5 mins. Superb quality photos.
Some staff great but most utterly useless! I have had so many issues which could have been easily avoided and have taken far to much time and effort to sort. Just avoid them and go elsewhere. For example I pre ordered a camera which had an offer of a free extra battery. When getting the body in they didn’t also get the battery in stock for me to collect (in store) at the same time... they offered to send the battery to me when it arrived. They sent me the battery for a different model of camera from the same brand, then it took over a month from the point I got the camera to getting the correct battery, 6 weeks after initially pre ordering. I had another issue where I returned a faulty battery (after the local store closed so had to go through the call centre) they collected it quickly then a few days later I hadn’t received the replacement so called back and they had forgotten to send the replacement, few days later again it was past the day it was meant to arrive so called. Forgot to send it a second time!!!!! Third time they sent it.... to the wrong address and had to call again to get them to change it as I couldn’t change it from the tracking number given. I have lost so much time trying to sort and chase up what were simple things, save your time and go elsewhere. Now using LCE for both used and new kit
