Part not in stock but ordered late pm and available the following morning. Easy to make an appointment to dovetail with arrival of part. Thoroughly professional in terms of process not only for repair but also the Covid precautions. So much easier than 3 weeks main dealer was quoting to do same job!

Booked my MOT online, got a call on the day mentioning that they didn't have enough space and that I shouldn't have been able to book it on that day. Understandable I thought as it must have been an issue with the website so I asked to moved to the next available date which was in around 4 day at the same time (4:30 pm) Showed up on the day and the receptionist mentioned that my MOT was 11 am and didn't have any space anymore. Keeping my cool I requested a refund, still haven't received my refund to this date. Will I use there service again? Not in a million years. Suggest going elsewhere as this place is not professional at all.

Took my car into the Basingstoke branch for an MOT. Took a little over the hour but received a call as soon as it was ready to be collected. Found the team really friendly, helpful & thorough. Great price for an MOT. I'll definitely return next year & would recommend this branch.

Went for a free tyre condition check. I had an appointment yet had to leave the car with them and took almost 4 hours to get it back. Kwit-fit offer the same service which finishes in an hour. But overall, the report I got was relatively well detailed and the customer service was good.
