I went with my mum to a Cocktail Masterclass at the distillery and just had the best evening! Not only was Spike incredibly knowledgeable, knowing everything possible about drinks and the history behind them, but he made the evening so much fun. It was great that we got to be involved in every aspect of making the cocktails as well as getting to enjoy drinking them!! I would definitely recommend visiting Gorilla Spirits Distillery!

A great experience seeing how the Silverback Gin is made, it’s certainly one of my favourite Gins at the moment. We had the pleasure of the founder of Gorilla Gin Andy Daniels host our tour he was very informative and a pleasure to meet.

Nice gin. But cheeky attempt to put an opened / half empty bottle in the bag when buying from them at a local fair. Found out, went back and got the \you must have picked up the wrong one\ routine. Except it was your team who handled it all and bagged it up. Nice try.

Excellent craft Spirits & a superb tour. Make your own gin at the Gorilla Spirits gin school and they also do cocktail masterclasses. Well worth a visit!!

We recently went to the Gin School at Gorilla Spirits in Upton Grey and what a fantastic evening we had! Starting with an introduction to the history of the company, it's distillery and the basic principles of gin making, we then chose our ingredients from a huge range of botanicals, to be added to our mini copper stills. All accompanied by an excellent signature G&T, while the science did the work, a tour of the distillery itself is on offer, after which your gin is ready for the next step. We then calculated the alcohol volume and diluted the gin to a drinkable level before bottling, labelling and boxing our own creation to take home. Luckily there was some left over and we were treated to another G&T at the bar, made by the resident mixologist, who served it with a garnish fitting for the flavours we'd created. It was amazing how different all our gins tasted and the finished bottles looked fantastic, complete with personalised labels. All in all it was a really fun experience and I'd 100% do it again. Ideal for gin lovers it would make a fantastic present, corporate entertainment, team building event or even just a treat to yourself. A unique idea, brilliantly executed!
