Edit: 06/08/2019 As close to a year have passed and more serious (or rather more expensive to rectify) issues, like for example, sinking driveway, started to appear, the repair process and communication have stalled. Complaints go unresolved for months. Repairs done to very poor standard with a lot of damage in the process. This has now been escalated to NHBC. This is definitely not what you'd expect from a 5* builder. Original review: Great developer. We moved in to our new house with them in late October last year. Linda, Wendy and the rest of the sales team are amazing. David Wilson Homes have been great to work with. We're very happy with the build quality and the attention to detail, as well as the layouts and appeal of the house. Any small issues we've found Jamies and James, the site managers here, have been quick to resolve. Any reasonable request was accepted and swiftly executed. I can't recommend this developer enough. If we ever move, it will be into yet another David Wilson Homes home.
