The worst company out there? I thought I would try these guys once more as I hoped they would have improved by now. I wanted to buy my hoover from John Lewis but they like everyone else where of out stock. Currys website finally said they were in stock. I purchased online and was told I could collect from my local store in 2 days, but to wait for confirmation email of time. This never came, but what did come was 'We hope you are happy with your product' email instead. After many phone calls I managed to find that the item was out of stock and they have no idea when it will be back in. I only managed to find this out through a web chat. They take you money knowing they don't have your product. Good luck in trying to contact their customer services. This is not because of Covid but because they don't want you to contact them at all. That's why they make it so hard. Trying to cancel the order and getting a refund is even more difficult. I will NEVER NEVER EVER even step foot in one of there stores again. They really are a bunch of incompetents so avoid at all costs.

There were helpfully when I first picked up my TV got it home and the screen was cracked. Took it back and was very helpful on my second visit. Plus changed my coffee machine. The staff was very polite and helpful.

Fairly priced, kept waiting around for some time. It should also state on website that you are still allowed in to the stores. Other than this it was a pleasant enough experience & helpful staff.
