The booking system is a good thing that has happened. It means there are no long waiting times and no traffic built up on the main road. Booking is easy and staff are very friendly and helpful

Well managed, specifically now that there are no queues. Helpful staff, good reuse shop as well. The booking system is a bit of a pain, you can't change car reg on the booking, availability of slots a hit and miss.
