Rude and useless Why do we all pay council tax when they do not want to help you Just ask a paper not to lose a pension. They said no!!!!!!!!!

We moved house and trying to change address with them and the lady on reception is as much use as a chocolate tea pot. Rude and no customer service. Why do we all pay council tax when they do not want to help you. Buck up your customer service !

This is not an endorsement of council policies. Staff and procedures at the offices have always been very polite and helpful, with the exception of one. But there’s always one, isn’t there.
