Noticed during lockdown that my windows had gaps in. After some online research it was clear The Window Man was the best place to go in Essex. They were prompt in their call back and very professional with their service, a friendly gent came round and had a look at the issue face to face rather than sending me online instructions to check gaps with credit cards like other companies did. A reasonable quote was given and we went ahead. I did have to call to book in my appointment which I hadn't realised so potentially lost out time wise as I waited 4 weeks before chasing. Once I called I was booked in quickly. Time slot given was 8am-12pm, nice chap was here by 8.15am (may have been Dan?) Work was done promptly and in a friendly way, good workmanship. It was nice to have the issue explained to me. I have recommended this company to neighbours with similar issues. Very trusting company when it comes to payment agreements. I believe I spoke to Jacqui both times I called the office, again - very lovely and friendly. As I have already been recommending The Window Man to friends and neighbours, it is safe to say I would certainly recommend. Thanks!

So i had a Gentleman from the window man over to quote my windows and he was straight to the point, helpful and gave us one price with no big show or pretend discounts. After having many other quotes i have found out that this is not how other companies operate as they have all sorts of staged / pretend drama and ridiculous discounts that expire within 5 minutes if you do not sign now. The window man chap was none of these, he was amazing, their price was good and there was no pressure or fuss - i felt it was important to share this
Found Mark and Shawn through Google and booked in for them to inspect my conservatory and front door for some potential issues. Mark arrived and managed to sort the front door issue within seconds and confirmed no problems with conservatory. Even refused to take money for sorting the door. Top blokes and happy to recommend them to all. Cheers Mark
