NUDURA ICF is the way to go for Self Builders ! Whilst waiting over 2 years for planning approval I tested the NUDURA system and products by building an 8m X 8m chalet using NUDURA blocks with an external render finish. I installed both NUDURA floor and ceiling panels to create an excellent little energy efficient eco home in the garden. The chalet will become an office/gym after I have built the approved Positive Energy Self Build bungalow to be started this summer. The NUDURA forms (blocks) and other supplies have been ordered from Steve (Basildon) and the shipment is currently on the high seas to be delivered at site Th25 June 2020. I have full confidence in NUDURA products, their supply chain, the excellent training and the always helpful personnel, (Steve especially !). I highly recommend NUDURA ICF to all developers, builders and first time Self Builders.

I am a retired builder and produce specifications and costs from plans. My website, address attached to my emails says as much. A client is considering I.C.F. or brick and block for a large 3-storey extension. I sent a list of items to price but they refused because I am not an approved installer. This is their policy, not the policy of the manufacturers. Thanks to the pompous reply, I am recommending brick and block.

When we ordered through these guys we asked over and over again to check they had quoted for everything and that we won’t get hit with any surprise extras. They swore to us we had everything required to do the job. However, this was not so, and we ended up getting stung for a second huge bill, they said they needed us to pay it to receive delivery (and the build came to stand still until we did) but they would sort us out after the job was complete. We also have items that still haven’t been supplied or refunded - now 6 months later and after chasing for five months they finally came back saying they won’t do anything about it. Avoid these suppliers at all costs!
