My mum booked these guys on 22 May for a kids party we were having on 13 July, they had our full address and postcode on date of booking then called at 6pm the night before the party to say they weren't coming as it was too far. After alot of negotiating they then said they would drop the bouncy castle off but wanted an extra 30 for travelling 6 miles out of Bishops Stortford, despite their website saying they covered Stortford and surrounding areas. Disgusting service and definitely do not recommend.

Very polite, helpful and organised, was booked in with a castle within 5 minutes. Turned up on time and set up within 10 minutes - castle very clean would 100% recommend this company. WOULD USE AGAIN
