Bought LVT flooring and the man from the shop came to measure my floor he then told me how much I needed After the floor was laid there was roughly a quarter left which he refused to refund told some bs story about have to order loads more in case it doesn’t lay well even after charging 875 to screed and lay the floor On trying to contact customer services I was told it is a franchise and basically tough luck AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE

I was very happy with the customer service provided by Carpets4Less. We encountered a problem which left us slightly short of flooring but they worked quickly to resolve the problem so we had no complaints. My one bit of advice would be to use a different fitter to the one they recommend.
