Spend over 200 a year here! For the past 10 years. This year. Rude horrible people to deal with. Ordered 4 weeks ago still waiting!!! No care that the kids have gone back to school. And they didnt even care that i had to go buy uniform else where no refund was offered! Never shopping here again

SHOCKING LACK OF COMMUNICATION! ORDERED ONLINE TO COLLECT AND STILL WAITING FOR EMAIL TO CONFIRM WHEN I CAN COLLECT! YOU WOULD THINK 5 DAYS IS ENOUGH, AND IF IT WAS OUT OF STOCK THEN I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED A CALL OR EMAIL CONFIRMING OF THE DELAY!!!! APPALLING!
Good shop
Still no uniform, they have my money and still haven't been in contact. They do not answer the phones. Alot of the mums at the school are saying the same too. I use this uniform shop all the time and this time they have let so many down.
Terrible customer service. Failed to deliver on time, then attempted to increase the cost of the items already paid for. Did not respond to multiple communication efforts. Also difficult to determine which company you are actually dealing with as multiple companies are registered at the address.
