Very pleased with the Hisense Integrated Fridge-freezer bought a few weeks ago. Was glad to have the product in-store so that I could reassure myself that it was of good quality and suited my needs. Basil Knipe staff are always friendly and knowledgeable and no exception on this occasion. The item was delivered just days later at no extra charge. Couldn't work out purpose of an item in the install kit however a call to Knipes had an answer for me in a few minutes.
First class service ! Superior and personal service! far cheaper and faster ( next day installation ) than national online companies !
