Have purchased a chest freezer and a tumble dryer from Basics both in the last 6 months and have been really pleased with their service. Not only did they deliver for free at a time that suited us, but they also took away our old items all at no additional cost. Try getting that at Currys.

If your looking for a new bathroom look no further, the whole team deserve five stars no mater who deals with you. There friendly knowledgeable manor and no hard sell tactics plus patients!! Make it well worth the visit. There products are high end and built to last at very competitive prices. The after care service is excellent, I recently had a issue with a bathroom cabinet ( nothing to do with basics) they went above and beyond to resolve the issue for me which i can’t thank them enough for. One very happy customer.

Brilliant independent dealer who tries really hard to please his customers. Very competitive too. Especially when you weigh up the delivery and connection charges that the big boys like Curry's and A.O. apply.
